Summertime Blues

I have to go back to work on Monday.  The worst thing about Christmas holidays is that I get used to being able to do what I want and having spare time to read books or play games on the computer... or, yes, do stuff in Photoshop and play with dA.  But I kinda sorta hate my job (I used to be in one I loved and foolishly took this new one because it looked like a better opportunity at the time) and I am dreading going back.

There is some exciting stuff going on - I've found a couple of wedding dresses that I love so I just have to decide which one I want, and I've got a photographer that looks promising (and not ridiculously expensive!) who is going to call me back soon.  And I bought a widescreen 19" monitor as a Christmas present to myself, which I love!

Anyway, this is all just an excuse to post another feature...

I also updated my shout box to include a heap of stamps, after I saw 's.



I know most of the people on this site are experiencing winter in one form or another at the moment, but here I am sitting in my poorly airconditioned loungeroom guzzling cold water and being glad I am not outside.  It's hot, damnit.

So this feature is along those lines... and maybe all of you freezing your toes off will feel a bit warmer for looking at these pics!
